The Canada Union of Postal Workers has announced that the worker strike will end at noon ET today. Although normal operations are expected to resume at that time, Canada Post will be working through a significant backlog of packages; as such, customers should continue to expect delays as Canada Post resumes fulfillment.
We encourage any Canadian customers affected by the strike to reach out to us if they have any questions specific to their order(s).
Due to the ongoing strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), we wanted to let our Canadian customers know that orders shipping to Canada will be disrupted until the strike is resolved, and Canada Post operations return to normal. This strike is affecting all packages routed via Canada Post, including those sent by SFFLAB. Until the strike ends, Canadian customers with packages in transit should expect delays in shipment times.
We'd encourage anyone affected by this to reach out to us if they have any questions specific to their order(s). In general, customers should expect delays in shipping times, but not much else. News reports suggest that the strike will find resolution early this upcoming week, but we will be monitoring things closely in order to ensure that we can fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
